Technical Skills Training
The importance of technical skills acquisition cannot be over-emphasized with most of the services being offered by under-skilled workers having flaws as a result of not passing through proper Technical Schools to ensure perfection . As a strong player of the OGTAN - (Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria), we ensure that our training is in line with current global best practices and ensure learner success even after the program .

Training Delivery
Training is practical, highly interactive and delivered through experiential learning approach using blended methodology as follows;
- Classroom presentation supported with electronic visuals/videos, illustrations, graphics, hand-outs, case-studies, group and syndicate discussions etc
- Practical Training (workshop/Site practices) as applicable
Competency and quality assurance framework for training consist of:
- Assessment at regular intervals during the program to monitor their performance against prescribed standards.
- Training and assessment are directly related to the competency standards expected in the workplace. Trainees will acquire per-determined performance, defined and validated by their respective SME (Subject Matter Experts) and certified by third parties where necessary
- Every training package we offer includes an evaluation component. Not only do we evaluate your employees' learning through testing and one-to-one assessment, but we also ask you and your staff to evaluate us. Did the training meet your expectations? Did it solve a particular problem or problems? What could we do better next time?

Training Facilitators
The Trainers provide training (theoretical and practical/workshop/Site practice) in all aspects of the curriculum.
- Ensure that training is carried out to the required standard, and in conformity with Gabson School Quality Management System.
- Trainers meet regularly with the Training Director to report and assure standardization in the training schedule.
Training Participants
- Assumes responsibility for his/her development with proper guidance.
- Participates in training to ensure that they enjoy a complete development experience and completes the training to enable adequate documentations filed in their records.
